Richmond Chinese Alliance Church – Senior Pastor

Richmond Chinese Alliance Church (RCAC) is seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to provide overall pastoral leadership, vision, and direction to the church at large. A passionate follower of Jesus Christ, this person will lead RCAC’s vision to be a missional community of God, growing towards healthy relationships and deepening our spiritual life in Christ through worship.

RCAC was established in 1977, operating under the The Christian & Missionary Alliance –
Canadian Pacific District (CPD). We are a multi-generational community, trilingual across five congregations – three Cantonese-speaking, one English speaking, and one Mandarin speaking. About 1000 people in total attend our worship services. The current staff team consists of nine full-time pastoral staff and two administrative staff.

RCAC is located in Richmond, BC, near the community of Steveston. A multi-cultural, uppermiddle class residential community with an even mix of local and immigrant families that is considered one of the older areas of Richmond. The general population has a large percentage of Cantonese and Mandarin speaking residents.
