Emmanuel Alliance Church of Ottawa (EACO) is looking for a pastor with a passion in serving the English speaking congregation.
We are an evangelical and cross-cultural church serving the English, Mandarin and Cantonese speaking congregations. Total Sunday attendance is about 300. The size of the English congregation is about 80-90 persons, with attendees ranging from junior high students to retirees.
EACO Vision:
To be a vibrant church in the city of Ottawa in transforming people of different cultures to become devoted followers of Christ.
Education and Experience:
Completed formal evangelical-based theological training; North American pastoral experience in a cross-cultural church with a good understanding of the Chinese culture.
Expectations:
Preaching, teaching, discipleship training, leadership development, small group ministry, passion for missions and evangelism, caring for the English language congregation, integrating the English language ministry with other ministries at EACO.
